How it works.
Every week on a Friday, you’ll be prompted to fill out the weekly check-in form.
I’s a bit like a guided journaling practice that’s also designed to keep you accountable to yourself. It provides the space and guidance for you to reflect on the week gone by; on how you’re feeling and what’s gone on for you.
Check-ins work really well from a Chronic Illness Informed Planning perspective, and are helpful when it comes to the Voxer drop-in coaching days.
It helps you to set an aligned intention for the week ahead, and provides clarity on what your priorities are.
This is all about living with intention.
A copy of the check-in form will be sent to you every time you fill it out, which is a really lovely way of getting an overall sense of the realities of your month/season/year in retrospect.
