Empowering a new perspective on chronic illness for a life filled with peace, joy, and purpose

You get to thrive with your chronic illness just as it is.

You, my friend, are bloody brilliant. Just as you are. You don’t need to become ‘healed’ before you believe that about yourself and get on with enjoying the heck out of your life.

Although we’ve been taught it’s normal to silence and minimise our chronic illness(es), when you think of it, it’s actually bananas.

Chronic illness is your body’s way of communicating the wisdom and intelligence that lies within. Yes, that method communication is often uncomfortable, painful, hard and frustrating (it can also be AWEsome, beautiful and mind-blowing). But that doesn’t make it any less valuable.

In fact, its extremely valuable, and when you learn how to sit with it, explore it, understand and translate it, in a way that actually feels good (yes, that is possible), your life will change.

Life is so much better when you work with your chronic illness. You can use it to guide you in living your life in a way that a) feels good, b) honours all that you are, and c) deeply supports your ability to flourish.

Testimonials from my wonderful clients.

“I really liked Alana’s down to earth, approachable style and attitude. She’s a great listener, really hears every point I make and responds to them all. She also sees clear patterns where I just see overwhelm. She seems so calm and in control, and just sorted, so I really trust her. Knowing her own personal history reassures me that she is authentic and coming from a place of knowledge and experience. She also has a good sense of humour and is very resourceful, pragmatic and realistic. I was hesitant to spend money on yet another ‘self help’ program, but actually being able to have face to face (Zoom) and Voxer conversations was very different to pre-recorded courses. Definitely recommend!”

“I’ve learned how to actually, truly listen to myself. The course material was really actionable, kept me engaged and gave me lots to reflect on; I’ve come back to it since and it still gives me breakthroughs! The biggest thing for me is that I’ve learned how to identify - and give myself permission to do - what it is that I want and need, rather than have it dictated to me by others.”

— Elizabeth

“Thank you so much for your wisdom and sharing your vulnerability - it enables me to be myself and to feel free to engage in this journey of healing. I’ve been on my healing journey for a few years - but this year feels like the opening up to a new depth of what true healing is. This experience felt like the start of a new chapter, of deciding to go off down the little path that is unknown but somehow feels right - I loved making the time to slow down, to find stillness and to open my heart.”
